Developers Seek Tax Credits for Tecumseh Schools Administrative Building's Redevelopment

Developer Woda Cooper has agreed to purchase the previous administration building for $30,000 from Tecumseh Public Schools, provided it can receive tax credits to help fund the redevelopment of the building. The project would develop the building located at 212 N. Ottawa St. into a 43-unit apartment complex, which would include 24 one-bedroom units, 14 two-bedroom units and five three-bedroom units.  To read the full article published by the Daily Telegram, click here.
