Utilities

The Utilities Department is responsible for the operation and maintenance of Tecumseh's drinking water treatment and distribution, wastewater collection and treatment, and utility billing. 

BILLING
Utility bills are mailed quarterly. Payment is due by 6:00 pm on the due date.  Payments may be made in person, mailed, dropped in the night box at City Hall or through the online portal.  Debit/Credit card transactions and online payments will be assessed a fee.  Payments left in the night deposit box are pulled every morning at 7:00 am and at 6:00 pm on due dates.  Payments made after the deadline will be assessed a 10% penalty.  The City of Tecumseh does not honor postmarks.  To pay via the online portal, please click the box below.
