Purchase Agreement on the Sale of the Hayden-Ford Mill Building Approved

A purchase agreement was approved of the sale of the Hayden-Ford Mill Building at the City Council meeting that was held on Monday April 5, 2021 with a 6-1 vote.  The agreement sets a sale price of $100,000 to Old Mill Holdings, LLC.  For more information, read the full article by the Tecumseh Herald by clicking here.
