City of Tecumseh Public Notice regarding
South Ottawa & East Patterson Street Road Construction

PLEASE NOTE DATE CHANGE: 
On Saturday, July 13th* 
(previously scheduled for Friday, July 12th)
the City of Tecumseh's contractor will be milling the surface of the following City Streets:
South Ottawa Street between Chicago Blvd. (M50) & East Patterson St.
East Patterson Street between South Maumee St. and South Evans St.

The Paving schedule remains the same. It will begin Monday, July 15th.*

We appreciate your patience during this construction project.

*Please note this schedule is subject to change dependent on the contractors schedule and the weather.

COUNCIL CANDIDATE PETITION FILING DEADLINE

Residents of the City of Tecumseh wishing to run for the office of Council must file a Nominating Petition and Affidavit of Identity

            NO LATER THAN 4:00 P.M. TUESDAY, JULY 23, 2019 at

Tecumseh City Hall    309 East Chicago Boulevard   Tecumseh, Michigan 49286

Three individuals shall be elected to Council at the General Election to be held Tuesday, November 5, 2019.

Tecumseh City Charter Section 3.9 – Nominations directs that candidate nominations for all city elections shall be by petition and shall be signed by no less than 35 and no more than 60 valid registered electors of the city.
