Tecumseh Center for the Arts (TCA) is excited to announce its 2016-2017 International Touring Season featuring five high caliber shows.
You can now purchase season tickets for all five shows for $100 through October 15. After that date, season tickets can
still be purchased for $115 through November 5. Season ticket holders can also purchase two TCA Big Band & VocalAires
performances for just $15 - an additional $5 savings.

Tecumseh ranked as #6 of the 15 Best Small Towns to Visit in Michigan
The Crazy Tourist website recently listed TECUMSEH as one of the 15 best small towns
to visit in Michigan for those of you wanting a break from city life or to reconnect with nature.

Other cities in the ranking include: Traverse City, Petoskey, South Haven, Hillsdale, Marshall, Ludington,
Charlevoix, Cadillac, Mackinac Island, Copper Harbor, Frankenmuth, Saugatuck, Colon and Paradise/Tahquamenon Falls.

MLive recently posted the 31 Best Things to do in Michigan in October and
Tecumseh's Appleumpkin was listed as Number 23!!!

The Appleumpkin Festival features arts & crafts, antiques street fair and flea market, carnival rides and games, petting zoo,
live music, talent show, antique tractor show, monster truck rides, make-it-take-it scarecrows and kids crafts, helicopter rides, "ghoul school" haunted house and much more. Plus Tecumseh merchants will be open to greet guests with
Tecumseh hospitality at our many one of a kind shops and eateries.

The City of Tecumseh, Public Utilities Department will be flushing fire hydrants,
water mains and turning water valves 
according to the following schedule:

The City crews will be starting on the North side of town moving South. This flushing will be done during the daylight hours from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday, beginning October 11, 2016 through November 10, 2016.

In order to avoid inconveniencing our residents; We will not flush on Monday or Friday and no flushing on the weekends.
