You don't want to miss Tecumseh's 26th Annual Appleumpkin Festival! There's so much to do and fun for all ages
with shopping at all of the fabulous downtown shops, eating at the amazing local restaurants, arts & crafts show,
live music, food vendors, carnival games, midway rides, make-it-take-it crafts, kids activities,
antiques street fair & flea market and so much more!

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
HVAC ROOFTOP HEATING/COOLING UNIT REPLACEMENTS

The City of Tecumseh seeks proposals from qualified mechanical contractors to replace
six (6) HVAC Rooftop Heating/Cooling Units,
one (1) Mini Split System, and all installation services for the buildings listed below:

Tecumseh City Hall at 309 E. Chicago Blvd.,  Tecumseh, MI 49286

Tecumseh Fire Department at 101 E. Russell Rd., Tecumseh, MI 49286

Issue Date:  September 26, 2019

Optional Walk Through: Thursday, October 10, 2019 @ 3:00 PM

Due Date: Thursday, October 17, 2019 @ 3:00 PM

All proposals shall be submitted in a sealed envelope marked
"City of Tecumseh HVAC Replacement Project."

Attention City of Tecumseh Water and Sewer Customers
Changes are coming to your utility bill. If you have a sprinkler meter, you will no longer receive a separate bill for this service.
Sprinkler meter accounts will now appear on your regular billing statements as “Irrigation” and “Irrigation Readiness”. 

You will start to see this change with your last billing cycle of 2019. Sprinkler accounts with current balances
at the time of transfer, will be combined with the “Water” and “Water Readiness” billing items.
Only charges after the transfer will appear on the Irrigation billing lines.
