Master Plan Update for Evans Street Corridor

The 2024 Evans Street Corridor Plan was approved by Tecumseh's Planning Commission on Tuesday, March 12, and adopted by Tecumseh's City Council on Monday, April 1, 2024.

The City of Tecumseh began preparing the Master Plan Update for Evans Street Corridor, consistent with the provisions of the Michigan Planning Enabling Act, Public Act 33 of 2008, as amended.

The City worked with its planning consultant, McKenna, to prepare the Master Plan Update. The City prepared a draft plan and the 63-day public review period beginning December 19, 2023, following the City Council vote on Monday, December 18, 2023.
