City Assessor, Amanda Lacelle, should be contacted with questions and problems concerning the assessment of real and personal property within the city and township of Tecumseh.
The advent of Proposal A has changed many assessing procedures, including processing Principal Residence Exemptions and Transfer Affidavits. These and other assessing forms can be downloaded on this page.

Taxpayers can access property assessment record cards at City Hall during normal business hours.
