City Manager

The City Manager reports to the City Council and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the City, including the various departments (Police, Fire, DPW, Utility, Parks and Recreation, Tecumseh Center for the Arts and the various administrative departments). The City Manager is also responsible for preparing and administering the various city budgets. 

The City Manager ensures that the various goals of the city are met. These goals are set every year with department heads and most recently, at a strategic planning session.

The basic goals include maintaining our small town values, managing our growth, financial strength and superior services.
