City agrees to sell 20 acres for $3 million development

The City of Tecumseh agrees to sell 20 acres of property at the Business & Technology Park.  In a 6-1 vote at the City Council meeting held on Monday April 5,  2021, Council approved of the sale of 20 acres to J&A Development, LLC in agreement that the developer invests a minimum of $3 million dollars.  To read more. click here to view the full article from the Tecumseh Herald.
