Please take note that at the regular meeting of the City Council on Monday, February 5, 2024, beginning at 7:35 pm in the Council Chambers at Tecumseh City Hall, 309 E Chicago Blvd, Tecumseh, MI, 49286, a public hearing will be held for the purpose of affording citizens an opportunity to examine and submit comments on the proposed application for a CDBG grant administered by the Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA).

The City of Tecumseh proposes to use $160,000 in funds to complete urgent home improvements or correct building and property maintenance code violations for qualified Low to Moderate-income (LMI) persons. At least 51% of the funds must benefit LMI persons.
