Triad

Triad is an agreement between law enforcement agencies and seniors or retired persons in the community that addresses crime issues affecting seniors.

Triad was formed as a cooperative with the American Association of Retired Persons (AARP), the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP), and the National Sheriffs Association (NSA).

Triad sponsors crime prevention and victim and/or witness programs for seniors; provides reassurance programs for seniors to reduce fear and provide moral support; provides a forum for law enforcement and the community to share needs and concerns and develop solutions; unites seniors and local police to identify problem areas for seniors in the local community and develop and implement community wide solutions.

If you are interested in becoming involved with Triad or want more information please contact Deputy Chief Clark at 423-7494.
