You may request copies of incident reports through the Tecumseh Police Department seven days a week from 8:00 a.m. until midnight.

Some reports may not be available to the public if the complaint is still under investigation. If the report is available, a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request may need to be filled out. Forms are available at the Police Department.

Generally accident reports are available to the parties involved upon completion.

To assist in locating the report, please have the complaint number available. If you do not know the complaint number, we will need the name of the person that filed the report, date of report and type of incident.

Copies are $5.00 for reports up to three pages and $1.00 for each additional page. For multiple FOIA requests you may be charged for the time to locate the information and cost of duplication.
