The Community Center is available to rent for banquets, parties, meetings, dances, weddings, receptions, or any other activity you may have in mind.

The Community Center has two rooms available for rent, the Main Room and the Glass Room. The Main Room can accommodate approximately 175 people while the Glass Room can house about 75 people.  The Glass Room is air-conditioned and carpeted.  The Main Room is also air-conditioned and recent renovations are complete with a new ceiling including oak beams, new lighting, paint and a recently partially refurbished floor, which has been restored back to the original maple.  You may rent either room, or both, if available.  Rentals include use of the kitchen area.

To reserve, please call the Parks and Recreation Department at 423-5602 or stop by in person. A Community Center Rental Agreement must be filled out in advance along with a down payment in order to hold the day you have requested.

• Smoking is not permitted on City property.
• Security Deposit for any Community Center rental:  $600*
• Department approval is required for alcohol to be present at an event.  Please download the Community Center Agreement & Alcohol Policy
• Security Deposit will be returned after the facility has been inspected.  Any breach of the rental agreement or damage to facilities will result in the forfeiture of all or a portion of the security deposit.
• Keys must be picked up by 5:00 pm Friday

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made four (4) weeks prior to the date of rental or the retainer will be forfeited.  For a cancellation of less than four weeks, no deposit is returned.  Retainer is non-refundable for rentals in the months of June and December.
