We are a boutique, artisan bakery that mills its Organic, Michigan Grown flour daily for use in all our scratch-made, croissants, sourdough breads and numerous other products. We have a bold following and often sell out of some favorites on occasions. At the time we are not a gluten-free bakery, but will continue the expanded use of varietal, heritage and organic grains! Products range from crusty sourdough with raisins & walnuts, Parmesan and cheddar, chives & comte cheese to excellent cookies, brownies, coffee cakes and freshly milled flour croissants and danishes.
